I have a couple PHP scripts that won't run on Abyss, which do run on an internet server.

I have PHP5 installed. Many people seem to think PHP4 is a better choice, but when I uninstall PHP5, I can't seem to install PHP 4 properly.

Any suggestions?

"doesn't work" can't help us help you. So please give us more details about the scripts (their names or download URL) and about the errors they displayed...
