I have installed Awstats 6.1a and now when I try to start my Abyss web server I get the following error:
Unknown option 'ScriptAlias'
Any idea what got changed by the auto config and what I need to do to get my Abyss web server working again?

I found the answer. If you use the automatic configuration Awstat will add commands to the Abyss.conf file that are not recognized by Abyss Web Server. Scroll down to the bottom and delete all the additions from ScriptAlias down.
