I have used the following setting to serve only on https:
This gives a 302 (temporary) redirect. Is it possible to change this to a 301 (permanent) redirect? _________________ https://www.arnauddeklerk.com

In the meantime I have received an answer from support:
You should probably remove the / from the 'Exclusively Serve on HTTPS'
and replace it with this URL rewriting rule:
=> Add the following URL rewriting rule to your host:
Type: Global
Virtual Path regular expression: ^/(.*)$
Conditions:
Condition 1:
Variable: Other Value -> HTTPS
Operator: Is not equal to
Value: On
Case sensitive:
Unchecked
If this rule matches: Perform an external redirection
Redirect to: https://YOURSITE/$1
Append Query String: checked
Escape Redirection Location: checked
Status Code: 301 _________________ https://www.arnauddeklerk.com
