Are the Apache's modules and libs compatible with abyss? If not, where can i find libs and modules (or any other "extras") for abyss? :?

No they aren't compatible.
You can use any CGI program/application, and any scripting language that has a CGI interface (which results in tens of languages) such as PHP, Perl, Python,Tcl, ASP, ADA, C, C++, Pascal...
