Abyss Web Server is just a web server and doesn't include an FTP server.
For updating your web pages, you don't need an FTP server. Just use your Windows Explorer and use drag and drop with your mouse to copy files into the htdocs/ subdirectory.
But if you plan to update the web site remotely, then you must have an FTP server. You can use anyone.
