My site functionons perfectly, most of the time. When I try to access it through a networked win98 pc in school it cannot find the server

I use a dynamic address from dyndns.org but i have also tryed using the ip adress.At exactly the same time on the SAME internet connection but on an xp networked pc also in school it works?!?!?!?
Please help as this means that I have to run a seperate site on geocities for the computers that abyss will not work on, this is a major headache.

p.s. there are two seperate win 98 networks that I know of that it wont work on
