I Just did a fresh install of the server and everything needed to run PHPNUKE on my XP OS. For some reason I cant get the News module to activate, its all gray in that line in the modules section in admin...
its the only one like that....
When others try to read more of my news articles, they get a message " module not activated" which is wierd cause it loads fine for me....

i notice that i am having a problem with login loop.... i had this same problem before and never did figure it out.

I think that thread went way to the left for me, because non of it really helped my situation at all. I looked into each step that was talked about and since installing this on my xp system i still dont see that any of it applies?
I wonder if these two problems are related?
