Actually I was working on server late last night and forgot to start it again when I was finished ..... I guess I had used up too many brain cells and a couple of hours sleep probably would not have gone astray also.

And extra questnion - How deer taste like? (probably that is the question in english)

Deer is great. Its a tad gamey. You either love it or hate it.

I make deer jerky and cook shoulder roasts. Also make summer sausage, deer burgers, deer bacon etc. Extremely low fat also.

The first day of 04 deer season on Oct 1st I got a double header just 3 minutes apart. Pics are at http://www.metromain.net/hunt/hunt_2004.shtml .

I much prefer bow hunting. The distances are way closer than gun hunting, only out to 30-35 yards and it takes a lot more skill and an infinite amount of patience to bring them in that close. And you just get the one shot usually.
