Unless I'm sadly mistaken, AHTML doesn't work on 9x.

If it does, why don't you just install it on your 9x box?

The answer to your question is, you have to share the folder where ahtml is stored. Then you should map a network drive to it, so all 9x software will see that network share as drive X: (or z, b, n, r etc).

First, share the directory on the XP box.

From your 9x box, browse to it. Somewhere on the explorer menu, there'll be somthing like "Map network drive" or something. Fill in the blanks.

If you can't find it, open a DOS prompt and type :

NET USE X: \\ComputerWithXP\AHTML_SharedDirectory /YES

Replace where necessary.

Don't need to buy anything other than windows. Its built in. Only mugs buy software like that when they don't need to.

Whatever. I gave a solution, when I could have simply told you to go read the windows help. XP goes out of its way to make sure even a five day old wombat can do it.

RTFM.

Either that, or google for it.

The $ definitely goes at the end in NT4, 2K and XP... Pretty sure it's at the end in 2K3 too ?

Verified, I use it daily at work with administrator privs.

As in \\Server\C$

Will take you to C:\ if you're the admin or have admin rights.
