I have Abyss running nicely on a USB stick ... as long as i don't call for a PHP file.
I also installed PHP using the directions found here: https://aprelium.com/abyssws/php.html
With the server running on the USB stick, I can access all kinds of .html files ... but the .php files timeout, or something.
I'm getting FastCGI log error #32 ... but this doesn't seem to be an error number that I can use for troubleshooting, because it's so generalized, and there's nothing specific it's referring to, according to my Google searches. Often confused with a server 500 error, apparently.
The #32 error is accompanied by the note that something was "found dead", which leads to a lot of interesting and irrelevant Google search results.
Are there any detailed instructions for installing Abyss+PHP on a USB stick?
TIA ..and I hope so!! Not having any luck with the abyss.conf settings, or using the Abyss control panel @9999. |
