Cant access my site via external ip... NO ROUTER

Heres some stuff to help u to determine what is wrong with my server.. :

1. NO ROUTER
2. Bellsouth fastaccess Dsl Extreme
3. Westell dsl modem...
4. NO firewall
5. Windows xp and its firewall is NOT ON
6. no network... just this computer...
7. Netgear FA311 ethernet card
8. I use no-ip.. : http://kileki.no-ip.com
9. its on port 21208
10. latest version of abyss webserver x1


please get on the site to see if it works or if im doing something wrong tell me =S

I see you're using my recommended port =).

Anyway, the site did not work. You would normally go to it by typing 68.219.195.184:21208, but that didn't work. Steps to check:

Make sure you did not mistype anything.
Check to see if you're using a proxy server: Tools>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings>Look for a checkbox.

FOR some UNKNOWN reason... if u have a Westell wirespeed dsl modem.. it sorta acts like a router... you have to go to 192.168.1.254 and go to expertmode and make ippassthrough enabled for ur computer and make your connection ALWAYS ON instead of the default ON DEMAND... hmm For all Westell modem users take this into consideration... CUZ NOW IT WORKS!!!! YAY

Oh, it's one of those modems.

If you ever have an internal IP address, such as 192.168.x.x, then you know that you are going to have to configure something at the modem/router side--99% of the time.
