I typically work in DreamWeaver...but I would say I do a good amount of hand coding as well (within the code panel of DW).
There are somethings that DW just doesn't do and you have to code by hand.
Other than DW I also use TopStyle Pro by BradSoft for all my CSS and some light ASP coding.

I like to start the basics of all my scripts in the dreamweaver coding panel, but once I get rolling and start debugging, I generally like to use Notepad because I find that it's easier and faster....dreamweaver definately comes in handy though when working on multi pages at once because of it's tabbed interface.
I voted Dreamweaver even though I do most of my work in Notepad :) I used to use TopStyle as well, but slowly drifted from it for no appearant reason....just one of those things I guess, excellent little program though  |
