Process Server Access Logs to List & Count Unique IP's

I know this can be done other ways (PHP, etc), but I wanted a Windows program to select and read a server access log file (such as Abyss's "access.log"), count the unique IP's, and list those IP's to "c:\ips.log", a file created by the program. The program assumes that each log file entry lists the IP first followed by a space. I wanted to make the program available to any who might be interested.
