hi, im using a wireless lan and my ip starts from 192.168.1.1.. just to make sure, this ip is a private ip right? and if i log on to a website that has my ip logged, what would it be? would it be my private ip? noob here so pls dun mind my dumb question |

Yes, the IP 192.168.1.1 is assigned by your router/server on your lan, and is private.
A site would under no circumstance log your private ip, because that is only on your lan, behind your router. It would log your external WAN address, i.e. the ip of your router; something like 81.65.212.21 for example. |

ok...one more thing, if i switch off the pc which abyss web server is on, will my users still be able to access? |
