Can someone tell me if there is a limet to the size that a file can be in notepad? When I try to add to it or make some kind of change it gives me a message stating that I am out of memory. And I know that is not right.
I have stoped all other open programs and even restarted the computer and went back to the php.ini file and it dose not let me add anything to it or change it. I still get that memory error. but only in that file. |

The file can be no larger than 64k on Windows 95/98. Not sure about Windows ME. There is no limit on Windows NT/2000/XP. |

With ME it's about 64kb as well.
But It's best to go no nearer to Win ME than a 10ft barrage pole allows!!!
and yes I do know what I'm talking about, I used ME for about 4 yrs until a couple of months ago!! _________________ Olly |
