HI, WHEN I TRY TO USE PORT 80 BECAUSE THATS THE PORT WHERE ALL WEBS ERVERS HAVE WORKED FOR ME, I FI USE ANOTHER I CAN NOT VIEW MY SITE, BUT SAYS ANOTHER APPLICATION IS USING PORT 80, BUT I DONT KNOW WHICH APPLICATION, I CLOSED EVERYTHING AND NOTHING, HOW CAN I KNOW WHICH APPLICATION IS USING IT FOR ABYSS TO USE IT INSTEAD?

CLOSED EVERYTHING AND NOTHING? THAT'S AN ACHIEVEMENT. IF YOU'RE RUNNING WINDOWS XP/2K/NT4 TRY THIS :

Oh and fix that caps lock key. It's the one above shift that makes things COME OUT LIKE THIS.

OKAY SEEMS LIKE ITS THE SAME PROGRAM WHICH IS USING IN NORMAL PORT OPTION PORT 80 AND ON CONSOLE THE PORT I CHOOSE, BUT MY IP IS 207.248.34.238 AND I CANT BROWSE MY SITE, I CAN ONLY BROWSE IT THRU MY LOCAL COMPUTER IP WHICH IS 127.0.0.1 OR 10.15.1.4 WHICH IS MY CABLE ISP PROVIDER IP I THINK, OTHER PEOPLE IN CANADA SAID THEY CAN VIEW MY 207.248.34.238 SITE BUT ALL PEOPLE IN MEXICO (WHERE I LIVE) SAID THEY CANT AND I CANT WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM? SOME PROGRAM WHICH CAN HELP ME OR SOMETHING THAT CAN HELP ME OR WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM? CAN U PLEASE HELP ME

dont use caps lock. it looks like you are shouting all the time.

and try probing a port and the site to check if isp blocks port 80 or not is https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 and this will scan ports and will not damage anything so try this handy thing

Lol, yea turn your Caps lock off.

But, some ISPs block port 80. And you have to have your router configured to send any requests to your local IP address. Also, try running linux if you are gonna run a full time webserver. I never got any port 80 errors on Fedora Core 2. Even though I don't use port 80, because prolog blocks it...
