I have installed the Abyss web server. I equally installed AHTML. However, when I try to view an ASP page, I get the option to download the page. Then it opens in dreamweaver the HTML editor I am using. I did go into the console in the CGI configuration to add ASP pages but I still get the download option. Can any one guide me through the steps of using the Abyss web server to display ASP pages? My ultimate goal is to be able to have a web form that saves data to a database. Are there any settings I have to change in the Abyss web server to accomplish this. Thanks.

If you already didn't know, ActiveHTML is shareware. SeliSoft no longer distributes the full version of ActiveHTML, so after 30 days, you will no longer be able to view ASP files. To download the free version, check a couple posts down on how to do it. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

I did get a free version of ActiveHTML. I did run the setup. I have equally done everything that is specified on the following page http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/asp.html. However, I am still unable to view the asp files. Are there any settings I need to change in the AHTML application? Thanks.
