I have all my HTML files including my .CSS file in the htmldocs path. But my 127.0.0.1 only shows my index.html file.....any sugestions please

When you go to 127.0.0.1, the first page that comes up is your index.html file. You can then access other files by going to 127.0.0.1/file2.html, et cetera.

I don't think I'm quite understanding the question.
