PHP

I just downloaded the PHP 4 installer exe file.. I am clueless, since I am of course a newbie to this programming code.. Anyway, can somebody lead me through a few steps because I am open to learning how to incorporate it within the Abyss Web Server. Easy steps if possible because I'm not familiar with many technical terms many sites seem to have used, which is to my disadvantage.

Whatever you guys have over your server, the program, etc.. can you tell me how you did it? Thanks a ton whoever decides to help. :)
