how to connect to database (microsoft access)

hi there... i need help with this abyss program.. i managed to display my asp file using internet explorer with the address : http://localhost/login.asp

but as soon as i login... it jumps to the next page.. with the address http://localhost/check_login.asp

this file requires checking with the database to search for existing record & correct entry... what i get to see is as shown below:

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the address is incorrect.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, check that it is entered correctly.

Open the localhost home page and then look for links to the information you want.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.

HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed

Error 405 always occurs when you haven't correctly installed ASP support as described in http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/asp.html .
