				| I forgot to mention. the Abyss web server is on my C:\Program Files\Abysss and my site root is on my E:\

I tried installing PHP to both places (only 1 at a time obviously) and mkaing the appropriate changes to the console. I have a feeling the problem MAY be cgi path, because it is a relative path, and it may be looking for a path relative to the Abyss files ? I want the web files to be on my E:\ only, so this may be the cause. Let me know if you have any thoughts.

 Thanks,
 breathmint

				| Did you install PHP to your E:\ or C:\ drive , did you put "php" without the " " in the associated
extensions or did you put .php , php is what you
need to add , also make sure you have your
drives set to the right paths like if Perl is installed
 to C:\Perl , don't put E:\Perl ok. 8)

Edit: Why did I use Perl path , I mean PHP lol !
