|
|
I just started my site today, and i made a sample site to test out my server. I can see my sample site perfectly but when i ask my friend to use the link that i used, he can't get in the site. He said it was a bad link. I think the program is setting the site to a local host. I got this from the program when it loads:
Web server local URL: http://127.0.0.1/
Console local URL: http://127.0.0.1:10000/
So my question is, how do i change the ip so that it will run my domain i got from no-ip? btw, my site is http://jesse00.no-ip.com. Im running winxp pro if it matters. Thx |

The IP in the Abyss console doesn't matter. Do you use a router/firewall? _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Jesse00,
Abyss displays the local IP only but it will accept any connection from any valid IP of your computer with no further configuration. All you have to do is to setup the no-ip domain to point to your external IP and to setup your firewall/router to forward connections to your web server port (80 by default). _________________ Support Team
