Any search engine should list you unless they have a special pay plan
All I do is include the html meta tags in my html files and im already on msn.com |

I mananged to find this in awswer of my own question Http://AddMe.Com
I thought I would post it in case any one else might be interested. They Submitt your Site to up to 14 search engines for free.
and btw ty I for some strange reason I never thought of looking in more forums....duh.... :D :D :D
