Just Installed X12.9.3.2 and PHP5511 on new W7 machine.

I followed the exact instructions in http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/php.html

The Aprelium Server renders index.htm ok, but not an index.php

I get either error 503 or it downloads the file.

Any and all help is appreciated.

We reviewed the abyss.conf file you have sent us by email and we found the error in your configuration.

The instructions in http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/php5win.html explicitly state that you should declare php-cgi.exe as the interpreter (and not php.exe as you did.)

Change that and restart. Error 503 should go away.

(By the way, we replied to your email on a timely manner but Google refused to accept it stating it was spam.) _________________ Support Team

I tried PHP-CGI.EXE and had the same results using the prepackaged PHP from your website. However, I got it working by downloading a copy of PHP designed to work on Windows 7 from windows.php.net

In case others have the problem, here is the link to the PHP copy that worked:

http://windows.php.net/downloads/php-sdk/deps/vc11/x86/openssl-1.0.1g-vc11-x86.zip

Anyway, Abyss is working great and I appreciate both you folks making X1 available free and providing service.

Cheers
