i want to make awstats protected, but i dont know how to make realm under winxp
if somebody have liks or tips, plz tell me |

Ok here you go (tut by me :)):
First you'll need a user/pass for the area:
Open your ABWS console, then click Server Configuration
After that, click Advanced
Then click Users and Groups
Under Users, click Add, then put in the user/pass you want to use
Next, you need to restrict the awstats area:
Open your ABWS console, then click Server Configuration
After that, click Advanced
Then click Access Control
Then hit the add button, for the virtual part, put in the dir its located at virtually (so if it's located @ http://site.no-ip.com/awstats, the virtual path would be /awstats), then for Realm, put what you want to put in for the message displayed in the user/pass window (like AWStats Area Restricted or something). Then click your username in the first box below...
