The cgi.log isn't sharp and seems to be unix like file. Must i use u2d tool to make it more readable?

The cgi.log is not written by Abyss but by the CGI interpreters directly. Some of them are not CR-LF aware and will use the UNIX end-of-line instead of the Windows one.
Instead of using a converter, get an editor that handles CR-LF or LF (notepad is not smart with LF). You can use for example Windows WordPad or any other descent editor (such as UltraEdit or SciTE).
