I don't know if this is possible, but how do you throttle bandwidth?
Basically what throttling bandwidth is (for those of you not familiar with these terms) is limiting the amount of bandwidth being used for, in this case, uploading which is the speed at which the person downloading the file off my server at.
I've looked everywhere in the options but I cannot seem to find any information telling me how to do so. Its just that I get a little bit sick when I am surfing the internet and for my connection to suddenly go "dead" because somebody is downloading a file at full pelt using my DSL connection.
Thanks :) |
