Hello again!

I installed AHTML on a computer with Abyss serveur.
In order to work, we must put " / " in the CGI path of Abyss.
When i do it, i have an error with ASP files :

seliSoft_AHTML- Error '800a139a'
Application-defined or object-defined error

D:\jap\seriemdp.asp, line 1423

If i remove the " / " in the CGI Path of Abyss, i have not the error, but the source of the ASP files opened directly into IE.

Something should be wrong with the install/config of activeHTML, but i don't know where.
I've already installed it on another PC without any problem.
I've copy/paste the config txt witch is given in the install help of ahtml, but i have the same problem.

Can you help ?

Thanos,

The error message you've got the first time was generated by ActiveHTMl and means that there is a problem in your script. Removing "/" from CGI Paths won't let Abyss process ASP scripts with ActiveHTML.
To solve your problem, either check your script or ask SeliSoft for support (since the problem is with yoru script and ActiveHTML).

i've check it last day.
The problem occurs as well with a simple .ASP file without any ASP code into it. (???)

I've test the pages with IIS : no problem.
For now, i run my pages with IIS, but would prefer to use Abyss + aHTML.
I hope i will found the answer...

To be continued...

Thanos,

Can you send us your abyss.conf file as well as a sample ASP file to try to reproduce the problem?
