i cant find the index and im wondering where it is but i still cant seem to find it

In the folder htdocs wherever you installed Abyss.

C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\htdocs by default.

Index.htm or html is in HTDOCS is in subfolder of the Abyss you install to.
