Sorry, guys! This is probably really dumb, but I'm lost for ideas. I'm a complete noob with anything php and really am looking for guidance, 'coz I'm sure I'm doing something stoopid!
I set up the Advanced Guestbook 2.3.1 from proxy2.de without any difficulty. I now want to edit the default gif used as the G'book logo. I imagined I would only have to find the path to the image, open it, edit it, and everything would be fine. I did this, saving the new gif in exactly the same dimensions, filename and place. But, nope! Red X syndrome. What am I missing here? Is there some other "variable" (if that's the correct terminology) that I have to edit? Any help would be great!
BTW - I just gotta say - I set up phpBB2 using the vbgunz tutorials for php, MyAdmin, phpBB2 etc and got it running without any problems at all! Am I just lucky? Heh!
