What is the path on cgi, perl, php scripts? How do I determine it?
Most scripts start with this.
#!/usr/local/bin/perl
What would the setting be if pearl is installed at C:\perl |

If you install Perl according to the instructions at http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/perl.html , you don't have to worry about the #! line. The server will rely on the filename extension to know what is the interpreter to use.
