This applies to the Windows / Abyss setup for PHP Interpreters...

Since it is the known method to use php-cgi.exe on Abyss to handle .php files, do the security issues here present any sort of issue with doing this (I use FastCGI)...While I don't think it does, I'm not 100% sure, and I have to be curious with this.

Another issue I've noticed -- I tried installing PHP 5.3.0 from php.net, since it allows me to select what extensions I need, and it is the latest version. After installation, I noticed there was no php-cgi.exe, only php.exe (and maybe the CLI)...Is PHP dropping support for CGI? If so, will Abyss be changing soon to follow this trend?

This is mostly geared to Aprelium's support, but I figured some other members may have some insight as well, or may also be curious.

Thanks,
