How would I host websites? Do I have to use that folder to upload? *forgot the name of the folder*

Install AByss Web Server, put your web site files in the htdocs subdirectory (you'll find it in the installation directory of Abyss Web Server), and tell people to connect to http://IP where IP is your computer's IP.
