I have installed the Abyss server x1 on a external hard drive (seagate freeagent goflex) it works find when running in html but when i try to use php index file it gives me a error 500 message. can someone please help? or will it not work on hard drive?
I use my mac to launch the server terminal.

Our preconfigured PHP 5 package for Mac OS X is designed to run when installed in /Applications only.
