i went to your web site and downloaded the php program to install on my computer and it wont let me install it. it says the fiel C:\PHP\install.txt could not be opened. Please Check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory. The system cannot find the path specifed y is this happing im runing windows 2000 pro y wont it let me install
