I believe i've read of others having similar problems, but i didn't really remember finding a solution.
My abyss x2 worked fine for a day or so allowing me to view my website, but i took a road trip and came back home and it tried to log into my router when i punched in my websites' address. note that when i was away i tried it from a friends computer and it worked fine, and that this morning i went to my parent's an it worked fine from their house too.
Is there any way to see what i have online, thanks travis. |

Hi,
It sounds like a Loopback problem - many routers have to either have Loopback enabled or do not have this option. Mind you, if you could 'see' your website before I have no idea why, if no changes to your router have occured, you cannot access it now.
What router make model are you using?
Regards

Excellent - the delights of running your own server - well worth it in the end so long as you start out with much hair :-))

If you cant view your homepage on your own pc.
Your router have no loopback enable.
You can try to edit host.sam file.
Code: | 127.0.0.1 localhost |
If you cant view homepage with your friend pc,
Pls make port forwarding for your web server.
And if you want to try to open your homepage on your pc with your domain,
You can try use anonymous web surfing.
Code: | http://proxify.com/ |
Sorry for my poor english . _________________
