| i have a question how come to go to the website this server gives EVERYONE the same ip 127.0.0.1 doesnt it get mixed up or something |

Thats why they have that page to check what IP you have for the web server 8)

It is just your internal IP of your PC.

To have other people access your server from the outside, you can get your
IP address from http://www.aprelium.com/ip and then ask people to connect to
http://IP or (http://IP:port/ if your port is not set to the default value
80.)
You can also use your DNS name to access to your web site provided that you
have one.
If people still cannot access you using that IP, verify that it points to
your computer. If you have a router or a firewall software, read
http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/faq.html#A1-2 .

Do what Aprelium said above suggest and give us the result. If you still have problem, post back and see what other thing you can do. Tell us what have you already tried. Give us any error info and so forth.
If it work, still tell us about it and give us the URL to visit to see what you got.
