I have created a MathML+XHTML web page with Amaya and I want to see it in Mozilla. Mozilla displays the page OK when I open it as a local file, but when it is served by Abyss web server Mozilla displays the source code.
The page has the extension ".xhtml". I have tried to configure in Abyss xhtml extension as application/xml, text/xml, but I can not see correctly the page.
Anyone can help me?

Use text/mathml .
