| How can i chmod through the http server, and if it isnt possible how can i make it possbile. also where can i get a ftp server to go with the http server? |

I don't know about chmoding but you can search for a good FTP server @ http://www.webattack.com 8)
In the search type in: Free FTP server

| As far as I know to, you shouldn't have to CHMOD if your using the windows version. Not quite sure about the linux version though as I don't use it. |
