I cannot figure out why my console doesnt work?
I click show console, and my website appears instead...
I need to get to my console so I can change the PHP settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the address you access your website from, but append :9999 to the url. Like 127.0.0.1:9999 or localhost:9999.

that doesnt work i tried it....
