alright.. i have tried to install a simple php script on my page, i have used this script before.. i installed php exactly how it said to do on the Aprelium website... and i still get the same errors when i try to put these files off of my own server....

i get almost the same error with other php scripts too... did i install php wrong, or something? |

Maybe checking your news config files for this line "/path/to/show_news.php"... It seems somewhere along the lines, the config file might have some default settings left over... Use explorer on XP to check the content of your files or get a good file searching app like Agent Ransack http://www.agentransack.com/default.aspx
Anyway definitely seems like some default configs are left in place... Good luck :)

| okay.. i tried editing my configurations.. i tryed a bunch of different php scripts.. i have php installed correctly.. but no scripts work!!!.. i need help.. i tried to use a simple tagboard today. i couldnt even get that to work.. it still wont come out right.. all i get is php errors. help me please |
