| I can only view pages locally, I get a connection refused when i try to access my webpage through "http://my.ip.address" . I do not have a router or a firewall. I am using port 8000 - what could be the problem? |

are you including your port in your address...i.e. http://my.ip.address:8000...this might help and if it doesn't then you might have to recheck all your settings, including console configuration, make sure all ports read 8000 and also if ur using a DNS for whatever reason, which shouldn't be the case, just make sure ur using the correct ip..[/quote] |
