My server has 8 IP's - I have IIS bound to 4 and I setup X1 to bind to a spare one. I triple checked it isn't bound to IIS.

When I start X1 I get a listening error that just says that. I shutdown IIS and X1 starts but its binding to * but it clearly shows the IP under advanced settings? So when its running I can't start IIS.
