a quick ?

i just bought a new domain name ghostfacekillerclan.com and i have it forwarded to gotskillslounge.com/gfk and im using phpnuke in the gfk folder

how can i get it to just show up as ghostfacekillerclan.com cause when you go to ghostfacekillerclan.com it shows up as gotskillslounge.com/gfk cause i have it forwarded how can i hide the gotskillslounge.com/gfk and just have it show up as ghostfacekillerclan.com

im using the latest X1

also just to let you know i have gotskillslounge.com forwarded to gotskillslounge.no-ip.org

Instead of using web forwarding you need to set up the DNS records to point to your server.

For example:

Name Type Data

www CNAME your_no-ip.no-ip.com
blank CNAME your_no-ip.no-ip.com
* or @ CNAME your_no-ip.no-ip.com


blank is actually blank not the word blank
* or @ is either one of the two dependant on your host.


This will do what you want. The only problem is you cannot include a directory to go to, only the root. As you only has X1, the VHC script originally made by TRUSTAbyss might be of help. http://vhc.trustabyss.com - tutorial video here: http://www.abyssunderground.co.uk/vhcproject.php

ok i got it working i didnt try the above things

i have the domains @ godaddy so i went to forward/mask and checked the box in masking so now it shows how i want it til i figure out if i should get a dedicated box(will also be used for gaming servers) or webhost for that domain

*actually it works but i cant login so i guess i have to undo it
