how do i get my website open to general public without using my ip address i want public computers to be able to put in there web browser http://www.adie-technologies.co.uk and end up at my site unfortunately this doesnt work why........

Buy a domain at http://www.godaddy.com and then either go to http://www.mydomain.com to manage it for free and bounce it to your IP or if your IP changes constantly go and check on either http://www.dyndns.org or http://www.no-ip.com which has services which monitor your IP.
