1. I wish that ppl can browse my website.
2. I wish that ppl are allowed to use only 1 download slot.
(I wish to prevent that ppl uses flashget and such)

As far as we know: no. But you can use an anti-leeching script to disable "restartable" downloads and thus people won't be able to download the file using 4 or 5 simultaneous connections. _________________ Support Team

If you want to limit overall bandwidth use by the Abyss process, NetLimiter will handle it, but as far as I can find it can't limit connections per IP. For the moment I'd suggest running an FTP server which should easily be able to limit connections per IP and linking directly from your site to the FTP for any downloads you wish to host and limit connections on. |

Anti-Leeching is already available since version 2. You can also use URL Rewriting to set Anti-Leeching if you're running version 2.4 or higher. |
