Cant get up your server on the net with a Port Fowarding

Guys I had a problem I had Abyss working on my PC(I wanted a DSN URL) cause U just get a http://(IP) adress.
I opend an account on Dynu then I setted it up for port fowarding (Port=80)as a guy told me and I downloaded Dynu basic(Dynu`s program).
Anyway I couldent get it. I talked to VBGUNZ and he told me that Windows XP had its own firewall, to shut it down do this:Connection/Propieties/Advanced Settings/Configuration/Then check that HTTP Web server and HTTP Secure web server has a tick that means that ports are avebal (Other ways port 80 wont be sending any info).
After that restart Abyss and Runn Dynu basic and Configurate it.
After u followed all this steps U will have to be abeld to See your own site.
