I believe you have made a mistake here, Aprelium has developed a webserver, Abyss. Abyss has nothing to do with an FTP Server. Also, Apreliums' contact details can be found at the following link:

We cannot help you too much if you are unable to locate what address is ours and which is not.
Our contact addresses are on the server, on the documentation, on the web site... So it is really strange that you can't find the right one to contact us.

Abyss has absolutely nothing to do right now as of Monday, March 31st, 2003 at 10:35AM EST with being an FTP Server. If you did not download a copy of Abyss directly from Aprelium or from one of its partner sites you just might have a trojan horse, virus infested, back door cracking program.
Completely delete the copy of Abyss and scan your system and start new with a legitamate copy of Abyss here at Aprelium. Good luck :)
