HELP! Anyone not connected to my home network can't view...

I have Abyss Web Server running 24/7. I also have php, and mysql running, along with my own smtp server. I have a home network of 3 computers. The computers on my network can access my Abyss hosted site though my ip, but no one else can. Try going to one of these sites: (both link to my abyss site)

http://192.168.2.5/
http://doomflame.cjb.net

I can access them from any of my 3 networked computers, but no one thats NOT networked can... How do i fix this????
