alright. I'm fairly new to all this techie stuff. I looked around here and did not find what I needed.
How do I set up hmailserver on abyssX2 with goDaddy so it WORKS?
I looked over the hmail site with no answers. it IS installed on my server, but the "total DNS and MX" records at go daddy are wrong, I assume. anyone do it correctly from go daddy control panel here?
thanXz and excuse my stupidity _________________ $9.50 domain registrations, $3.75 hosting, SSL certificates, and free webmail with every domain!

The web server and your mail server have nothing in common and configuring your mail server is not related to Abyss Web Server.
The problem you describe here is related with your DNS records. So you'll have to find a way to make your MX record associated with your external IP. Do not also forget to forward port 25 which is used by the SMTP system of your mail server to allow incoming emails to reach you. _________________ Follow @abyssws on Twitter
